RESPONSABILITATI

- Confers with customers by phone or in person and supplies information about soft installation, manuals, turn-on, discontinuance, or change in service.
- Follows up service complaints by keeping all the written correspondence (mail and so forth).
- Maintain ASC (agreed service centers) records and follow up periodically with telephone, mail, or personal reminders of service due.
- Compiles monthly records about customer complaints follow up and stage of each project.
- May compile reports for the sales team as per best and worst product.
- May use systems such as CIC, Happy Call (database).
- May handle and input Warranty Claims reported to Bucharest Subsidiary.


CERINTE

- University degree.
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Care (SERVICE)
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Open to learn and apply new things.
- Able to assume responsibility and to work in team.
