-Develop and implement a service strategy across the products portfolio to improve market position, profit and customer satisfaction
- Manage service strategy and business plan
- Development and optimization of Service concepts and processes
- Develop strong relationship with LG partners, our outsourced service centers network
- Individually responsible for various projects / modules
- Manage the Service team


CERINTE

-University degree in Technical or Economical field
- 3 years experience in managing / coordinating people
- Relevant experience in Service area
- Experience with household appliances is a major advantage
- Experience in an international environment is a major advantage
- Very good leadership skills
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Stable personality, calm and result oriented
