• Required to make a variety of decisions;
• Provides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimal referral to senior management;
• Operations largely independently in meeting business objectives in meeting defined business objectives and goals;
• Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of group/resources;
• Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility and builds client relationships in wider group or unit;
• Optimizes the contribution of group members through coaching, counseling, and mentoring activities;
• Liaises with Service Management Process Owners for Capability, Governance, Change, Issues, Satisfaction Surveys and Reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree - Business or Economics preferred;
• Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times - desire to work from home;
• Fluency in English;
• 3+ years of Outsourcing experience preferably in process management and/or service delivery operations;
• Strong communication and organization skills;
• Experience in Service Management processes and reporting on SLA metrics;
• Project coordination experience;
• Process design experience.
