Experience:
Good knowledge of typical enterprise IT architecture stack.
Understanding of Enterprise IT environments, System and networking concepts.
Solid understanding of RDMBS and SQL.
Programming/scripting experience (Java, C++, C#/.Net, JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML)
Approach:
Good business English, both in spoken and written form.
Ability to analyze requirements and build the big picture.
Ability to consult customers independently.
Self-learner mentality, finds the prospect of RTFM appealing.
Availability for occasional international business travel.

Experience in Service Management projects, regardless of technology platform
Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management concepts.
