RESPONSABILITATI

SM Analyst role:

- Consolidates, cross checks the data and information received from internal suppliers or retrieved from Helpdesk system and produces the Service Performance Reports

- Participates in performance reviews with Supplier side and Customer side

- Tracks and follows the improvement actions

- Participates in identified improvement projects

- Collects the management issues and assigns for resolution

- Acts as the super-operator of the Helpdesk application (applies for Europe)


BC Analyst role:

- Support Bucharest BPO units Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development as SME and QA resource

- Develop and maintain the Bucharest BPO center BCP, including the crisis plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plan

- Report and share lessons learned and tips to the BPO BCP leads

- Distribute BCM news, updates, initiatives and directions from Global BCP to operations unit BCP representatives

- Create BCP knowledge resources by conducting BCP training at different levels for the BPO operations

- Conduct tests of all BPO units, the LMT Plan and ITDR Plan at least annually.

- Ensure knowledge and BCM skills remain current with best practices and policies

- Submit weekly status reports to the Global BCM Lead for BPO

- In the event of an interruption to business, provide support to resolve issues

- Maintain all current documentation on the Business Continuity website

- Monitor the suitability of the recovery solutions (buildings and equipment) and ensure at all times the recovery strategies agreed can be effected.


CERINTE

- University degree required

- Experience of dealing with management.

- Understanding of broad spectrum of Business Continuity Management.

- Confidence to operate effectively with the management level.

- Excellent communication skills

- Good facilitation skills and confident presenter.

- Advanced report writing skills.
