- Describing and reporting problems which have not been solved on site to German headquarters
- Electrical or mechanical engineer
- Well-founded knowledge in technology and machine function:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatical Technology
- Laser, Punching or Bending Technology
- Service experience on CNC machine tools – ideally sheet metal, of at least 2 years
- Be prepared to travel extensively in Europe
- Communicative, customer orientation
- English and/or German
- Computer literate
- In good health
- Driving license essential
