Your main responsibilities will include:
• Being responsible for warranty claims validation (especially GSM repair claims from Service partners);
• Providing technical support for GSM Service partners and consumers;
• Monitoring and managing performance of GSM Service partners;
• Offering technical training for Service partners on new GSM & WCDMA models and on models with repairs issues;
• Auditing the Service partners activity;
• Being actively involved in optimization the Service network for GSM repairs and in collecting mobile phones in Romania;
• Providing physical inspection of defective mobile phones;
• Offering support to the Service partners for the spare parts issues;
• Monitoring and reporting the competitors’ status based on the Customers Service policy process.

If you have:
• University degree (Electronics would be a plus);
• Very good knowledge of English language;
• Very good command of MS Word, Excel;
• Organized person, attentive to details, able to set priorities;
• Team player;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
