Being responsible for warranty claims validation (especially GSM repair claims from Service partners);
- Providing technical support for GSM Service partners and consumers;
- Monitoring and managing performance of GSM Service partners;
- Offering technical training for Service partners on new GSM & WCDMA models and on models with repairs issues;
- Auditing the Service partners activity;
- Being actively involved in optimization the Service network for GSM repairs and in collecting mobile phones in Romania;
- Providing physical inspection of defective mobile phones;
- Offering support to the Service partners for the spare parts issues;
- Monitoring and reporting the competitors’ status based on the Customers Service policy process.
University degree (Electronics would be a plus);
Fluency in English;
Team player;
Very good communication and negociation skills.
