Our client is a global provider of Information Technology-based business solutions, offering a full array of services that support business strategies and facilitate improvements for customers in selected industries and the government sector.

On behalf of it, we are now looking for Service Desk Trainers.

Responsibilities:

■ Designing and administering in-house programs to train all levels of personnel
■ Implementing and operating in-house programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel
■ Developing tests and visual aids, coordinating class arrangements, conducting training classes, and developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
■ Taking an active part in determining actual training needs
■ Assessing the success of training programs and using feedback from session participants to improve the trainings


CERINTE

Required Skills:

■ Experience in a similar role
■ Experience in curriculum development and in providing technical training
■ The ability to operate efficiently and to meet the ever changing requirements in a rapidly changing work environment
■ Fluency in English and German
