Being in charge with training the staff
Being responsible with accounts and providing clients with services using broad technical knowledge specific to the operation or account
Providing reports regarding the process details to the clients or to the accounts
Resolving account / client questions, complaints, and performing the full cycle of request solving
Serving as liaison between accounts/clients and various company departments
Being in charge with preparing necessary and adequate documentation
Being responsible for overseeing the productivity, quality and output of the account/client service staff
Ensuring the highest level of support, technical detail and communications is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to accounts/clients
Demonstrating professional courtesy and representing the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications.
Making use of highly developed leadership, interpersonal and accounts/clients relationship skills
-Technical background, university graduate
-A minimum of 2 years experience as manager/ team leader of a technical, customer service, or call center team
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent client interfacing skills and professional conduit
-Understanding Service Levels
-English proficiency
-German Language skills
-Familiarity with ITIL framework
