- Handle IT incidents and requests from all Romania group¿s users
- First level support for systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Directory Services
- Liaison with technical teams around the world for tracking issues
- Participate in Projects and in Regional/ Global initiatives
- Bachelor degree is required
- Fluent English
- MS Office, Active Directory, Outlook- advanced level
- Excelent communication and customer care skills
