- The Service Desk Officer will provide first-level telephone support, dealing with technical problems.


CERINTE

Windows XP
- Deliver training to new users
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot
- Apply preload image(GHOST or similar experience)
- Network/local peripherals
Windows Server 2003
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot
- Server Management (Services, Events, Security Admin.)
- Active directory
- Specific hardware server (RAID, SCSI, etc)
SQL database
- Relational databases (basic concepts)
- Database objects (Microsoft SQL Server 2000)
- SQL ANSI (Transact SQL knowledge)
Remote support
- Tools for remote access (Remote Desktop, Remote assistance)
Antivirus
- Configure and maintain patches
User & Application support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
