RESPONSABILITATI

The candidate should be graduate and available to work full time. The Service Desk Officer will provide first-level telephone support, dealing with technical problems.


CERINTE

Windows XP
a. Deliver training to new users
b. Install, maintain and troubleshoot
c. Apply preload image(GHOST or similar experience)
d. Network/local peripherals

Windows Server 2003
a. Install, maintain and troubleshoot
b. Server Management (Services, Events, Security Admin.)
c. Active directory
d. Specific hardware server (RAID, SCSI, etc)

SQL database
a. Relational databases (basic concepts)
b. Database objects (Microsoft SQL Server 2000)
c. SQL ANSI (Transact SQL knowledge)

Remote support
a. Tools for remote access (Remote Desktop, Remote assistance)

Antivirus
a. Configure and maintain patches

User & Application support
a. Good communication and interpersonal skills
