RESPONSABILITATI

- The Service Desk provides a single contact point for all users of the customer, directs questions and reports problems regarding supported software and hardware.

- The Service Desk Officer will resolve the issue and attempt to help the users maximize their use of applications or equipment, or distribute the problem to the appropriate staff, using IT Service Management tools.


CERINTE

- Graduate of higher education or student

- Very good English knowledge

- Microsoft Operating Systems

- Microsoft Office

- Hardware (desktop, notebook, peripherals)

- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills

- Excellent communication Skills

- Ability to Learn

- Team Skills
