RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensure implementation of respective processes i.e. Incident & Problem processes across various Teams;
-Create and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve process maturity;
-Set up the respective process framework to be followed by the service delivery teams;
-Act as the guardian of the respective ITIL process adherence;
-Develop incremental process improvement plans & targets and drive the teams towards closure of these targets;
-Report the progress in achieving process improvement targets;
-Present the findings, review & Develop action items with the senior management;
-Convene and attend meetings and reviews of respective processes;
-Manage disputes between Teams for respective processes;
-Interact with the Client and other Suppliers for respective processes.


CERINTE

-Should have more than 6 to 8 years of experience in Service Delivery with at least 3 years experience in Service Management area;
- Should have the ability to plan and coordinate activities across various Teams;
- Should have the experience in dealing with Vendors / Sub Contractors;
- Should have excellent communication skills in English, German and preferably in one of the following language- French/Italian/Dutch/Spanish;
- Ability to handle 24 x 7 operations;
- ITIL Foundation certification.
