5 years experience in a Service Desk - BPO environment
Experience in a team lead/people management role;
Experience in having managed Service Delivery in the IT Domain – Infrastructure ;
Hands on, prior experience in IT domain capability - experience, education and knowledge in trouble shooting of a generic IT environment;
Excellent Soft skill, Communications skills Voice & Email) to handle global customers;
Team mentoring and training skills
Fast learner and good trainer;
Ability to perform in adverse situations
Ability to influence others to achieve results.
Advanced English.
