RESPONSABILITATI

-Business Guidance. Providing guidance on business issues related to the usage of the system;
- Application / Business Process Guidance. Mainly How Do I support;
- Problem assessment. The Support Analyst will be the main resource for assessing the cause, type and severity/impact of any reported problems;
-Receive calls in English along with calls in German/French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch;
-Creation of ticket in ticketing tool;
-Assign / Reassign priority for tickets using the ticketing tool;
- Incident management and complete ownership of the ticket by the analyst until closure.


CERINTE

-1-2 years of Experience in service desk support;
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and one of the languages: German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch;
-Hardware trouble shooting skills, Printer and Network issues;
-Basic understands the inter-relationship of software, hardware and communications;
-Strong customer service orientation;
- Self Starter;
-Good listening skills;
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems;
- Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Professionalism and customer focus;
- Strong keyboard skills;
- Ability to perform in adverse situations;
- Ready to work in a 24 x 7 service environment;
- Manufacturing domain understanding;
- Application knowledge of manufacturing industry.
