RESPONSABILITATI

Your main responsibilities would include:

- Answering to the users calls addressed to the Help Line (either via phone or e-mail);
- Ensuring first-level technical support to the users;
- Identifying the competency of the call and redirects it, if needed, to the appropriate on-site support or second-level support staff;
- If requested, ensuring the user data migration in the process of hardware and/or software upgrade and upon user relocation.

Our client, one of the largest companies in the South Eastern Europe, acting in the oil and gas field, is looking for Service Desk Analysts.

If you have:
- Fluency in both German and English;
- A client, result and problem solving oriented attitude;
- Knowledge of: basic networking , Microsoft Office and IT Hardware;
- University/high school degree (preferably in computer sciences);
- Previous work experience in an IT related position of minimum 1 year;
- The availability to work in shifts.
