CERINTE

-1+ years experience in a service desk – BPO environment;
-Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
-Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling UAM, PWD resets and lotus Notes environment
-Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
-Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
-Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc;
-Certifications on Windows operating system and networking.
-Good communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers;
-Advanced English;
