For our client, a global provider of technology-based business solutions, we are looking for bright, dynamic individuals who have experience in the provision of remote IT support, have worked with and can troubleshoot Microsoft desktop products and have fluency in German and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office family applications (especially Outlook);
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in other languages would be a distinct advantage;
- You must be flexible, willing to work as part of a large international team and be able to work shift patterns;
One or more of the following skills are an advantage:
- Microsoft training or certifications;
- Novell Netware administration and support;
- Cisco VPN knowledge;
