RESPONSABILITATI

- Proactive customer profiling and risk assessment
- Proactive monitoring of a selected group of customers
- Run communication programs demonstrating our value and how to effectively work with Support
- Proactively drive the adoption of tools eg. MyConfig in customer base
- Prevention of problems and escalations through early intervention
- Additional resource for situation management
- Identify and refer leads to ACS for follow-up sales activity
-Organise and execute mass-communications to customers
- Maintain MyOracle and Oracle.com pages
- Maintain and send welcome kit as required
- Improve ownership experience for Oracle customers


CERINTE

- Minimum degree level education, preferably a technical or computer related degree.
- Some years of experience in Oracle technology
- Good oral and written language proficiency in English
- Good communication skills, being able to quickly build trust, good listening skills, enable smooth conversations
- Project management experience will be a plus.
