General:
This is a 1st line support job providing IT technical support for Capgemini's international clients. This position is considered an opportunity to start a career for one of the largest IT company.
Responsabilities:
- Contact with user via phone and mail, troubleshooting and resolving users technical issues;
- Providing IT support to all respective clients in relevant language;
- Acting as single point of contact for users, logging and managing calls within SLA, creating good perception of Service Desk;
- Ticket logging ( logging incidents and service requests received via phone and email)
- Handling all email, phone and weblog contacts within SLA
- Ticket resolving ( Basic troubleshooting software/hardware issues)
- Following work instructions ( Ensure adherence to Company policies relating to security of property, computer systems and information and report any breach of these rules to line management)
Requirements:
Technical
- Basic IT knowledge;
- Basic network knowledge;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to interpret technical information and present it in simple terms for a less technically aware audience;
- Basic technical skills
Education
- Student or fresh graduate Computers, Informatics or Related areas
Others
- Fluency in one of the following languages: French or English or German or Dutch
- English medium (spoken and written) for any position
Nice to have requirements:
- Previous experience in IT services support centre
