ISG personnel Management is looking for his client (leading worldwide producer in renewable energy sector) for their Service Department in Romania a : Service Assistant.



Responsibilities and tasks
The Service Assistant does all administrative support functions for the Manager Service Romania. The following tasks describe the job profile in detail:
• General assistance and secretary tasks incl. scheduling
• Planning and coordination of meetings
• Preparation for Corporate Controlling
• Creation of statistics, analysis and presentations
• Correspondence with customers and partners also in English
• Data administration in different ERP and IT Systems


CERINTE

Qualifications and work experience
• Graduated in economic or business studies ideally with a focus on finance
• 3 years of working experience in a comparable position
• Experience in customer contact
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP-systems, ideally SAP
• Good command in written and spoken English and Romanian
• Economical thinking and behavior
• Very good communication & organizational skills
