Server Management and Administration Analyst to work abroad

RESPONSABILITATI

Operations Management
Datacenter Shift Jobs – Standard Operating Processes including Datacenter upkeep, hardware replacements.

Incident Management
Action on the monitoring alerts sent by the central monitoring team, Vendors, End users
Vendor coordination for the hardware break fix problems
Escalation to Problem Management and other resolver groups as required

Problem Management
Coordination with the problem management team for all the problem resolutions
Coordination with the vendors for any hardware break fix to resolve the problems
Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) for all the critical problems reported

Change Management
Coordination with the company's change management team for any new changes/releases
Action on any server commissioning and decommissioning
Risk Analysis, Back out planning

Release Management
Security patch management if needs to be done on site
Hardware firmware upgrades/new firmware installations

Capacity Management
Trend Analysis on the capacity utilization
Recommendation to the client team
