RESPONSABILITATI

The Server Analysts will provide 24/7 support and monitoring of the company's Servers, solve server crashes or different issues, address outages, L1 and L2 resolution, reporting and monitoring servers, define and manage scheduled jobs, manage storage and backup servers, manage hardware issues.
4 Server support engineers Level 2 will work in Swiss/Zurich in two night shifts from 19:00 to 7:00 CET (GMT+1) and three shifts during Saturday and Sunday.
5 Server support engineers Level 1 will work from Genpact Bucharest in three shifts from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 (24/7)


CERINTE

- 1+ years technical experience
- In-depth knowledge of MS operating systems, server hardware, networks, backups, storage (SAN, NAS) and systems architecture
- In depth knowledge of server based technologies i.e., MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- In-depth MS SQL knowledge¿ Knowledge of Citrix MetaFrame XP platform strongly desired
- Experience in one or more of the following would be beneficial: Linux RH, CA Unicenter, Lotus Domino, Altiris Deployment Server
- Good experience of server management & troubleshooting
- MCSE certification required
- Appreciation of security principles
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Supplier management
- German and English
- Experience in Quality management techniques would be beneficial
- Good understanding in card business
