- Fix layout (CSS/HTML) and JavaScript bugs in all required browsers
- Work closely with the design team turning designs into a pixel perfect/cross browser UI.
- Work closely with back-end developers, test engineers, project managers, and technical leads.
- Strictly follows design standards and provides solutions generic, maintainable.

- Proven expertise in web 2.0 UI design and implementation.
- Experience with PHP
- Good knowledge of XML, and XPath.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- 6-9 years hands-on programming experience.
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, Ajax.
- Strong experience in cross browser application and browser side caching.
- Working knowledge in JavaScript frameworks like Dojo, Rico and Scriptaculous is a plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of jQuery
- Excellent working knowledge of YUI
- Excellent working knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Excellent working knowledge of Ajax
- Working knowledge of Object-Oriented programming concepts
- Java experience is a plus but not required; must demonstrate experience tying JavaScript layer to back-end logic
- Experience with code repositories like CVS and SubVersion
- Excellent communication skills
