Societe Generale European Business Services (SG EBS) is urgently looking for a Senior Transition HRIS Project Manager.
The Senior Transition HRIS Project Manager supports the Transition and Continuous Improvement Team in all aspects related to the transition of countries in scope into the European HR SSC, as well as in the continuous improvement opportunities identification and implementation.
Societe Generale European Business Services delivers added value services for Societe Generale Group, starting with finance, accounting and human resources support for branches and subsidiaries located all around Europe. Fast growing company, it will progressively enlarge its scope to other activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning and deploying data collection activities for the Business Case update
Work on adaptation of the corporate processes and other potential processes in scope to local specificities for each new country roll-out
Work on the development/customization of operational procedures
Support the customization/development needs for the technology tools of the European HR SSC, to balance each country’s specificities with the core solutions
Support the customization of the Service Management Framework if case and the definition and negotiation of SLAs, OLAs, KPIs and chargeback mechanism with the new client
Organize the work shadowing approach and process and support its deployment
Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to the activities, processes, tools of the European HR Shared Service Center
Profile:
at least 3 years experience in a similar role in a BPO company;
international transition project expertise (at least 1-2 international transitions) - is a must;
international PMP certification and expertise in quality ( Lean Six Sigma certification);
international business and PMP communication and customer focused;
Western European business culture understanding - is a plus;
English-fluent, French-fluent (both are mandatory).
