For one of our clients, a multinational professional firm that provides assurance (including financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services, we are looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant. Our client it is known to engage with like-minded organizations and individuals in order to deliver quality and excellence in everything they do.
Responsabilities:
Analyzing information, applying economic/financial knowledge to client situations and developing effective approaches to clients’ financial circumstances;
Taking lead in developing recommendations and implementation of appropriate transfer pricing policies by type of transaction to specific situations and also prepare transfer pricing documentation reports;
Developing and delivering transfer pricing and economic ideas through timely and responsive services/work products;
Identifying opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services;
Applying transfer pricing regulations relevant to particular types of transactions and in analyzing client business and financial data;
Learning about Romanian and OECD transfer pricing guidelines and how these regulations can be appropriately applied to client's specific situations;
Identifying any issuing in current or proposed transaction structure of any issues in applying certain transfer pricing methods;
Taking part at transfer pricing engagements;
Managing all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including scooping, fact gathering, conduct functions and risks interviews and economic analysis and implementation;
Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel;
Building strong internal relationships with other members of the transfer pricing team and across other services;
Contributing to performance feedback for staff;
Developing your personal skills on an ongoing basis by maintaining an educational program;
Understanding and following workplace policies and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Minimum 1 year of transfer pricing experience in a senior position;
Strong knowledge of Romanian and OECD transfer pricing regulations;
Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills;
Understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and broad exposure to transfer pricing issues;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
