RESPONSABILITATI

1 Identifies the various training/development needs and issues of the organization; works with management to establish responsive training and development strategies and plans.
2 Oversees the development and delivery of individual and/or group training and instructional programs, based on established plans, and encompassing a wide range of technical, operational, and/or management skill areas.
3 Develops or oversees the development of training curricula; formulates or reviews training outlines, and determines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats; evaluates and recommends incorporation of vendor programs, as appropriate to meet overall training goals and objectives.
4 Oversees and coordinates the development and preparation of teaching and visual aids, instructional materials, computer tutorials, and reference materials appropriate to specific program objectives.
5 Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
6 Serves as a resource to the organization in the identification and resolution of operational/management issues and concerns affecting the quality of service provided by the unit.
7 Maintains departmental reports and records; collects statistical data for administrative and/or quality improvement purposes.
8 May develop and implement responsive education and/or training
9 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position/training field.

1 Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
2 Records maintenance skills.
3 Ability to determine training needs and objectives.
4 Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
5 Ability to supervise and train employees.
6 Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
7 Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
8 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9 Knowledge of curriculum development and preparation procedures.
10 Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
11 Computer literate
12 Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
13 Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resource management and public personnel practices.

It is considered a real advantage:

2. Experience in Market Research field
3. Marketing/Sociology graduates
