RESPONSABILITATI

The License Management Services (LMS) Team has the responsibility to assure compliance of our customers and partners regarding their utilization and distribution of ORACLE software products. This is delivered in various programs, solutions & tools by field consultants spread among various countries.
The License Management consultants in the field are assisted & supported by the LMS Service Centre. The LMS Service Centre team is also responsible for the development and enhancement of the applied technical tools & systems. The Senior Technical License Management Consultant is a member of the LMS Service Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to the LMS Service Centre Manager
Works towards objectives set by the LMS Service Centre Manager
Development & enhancement of LMS tools & Systems
Acts as an analytical expert
Works closely with the related local License Management Consultants
Acts as an expert in Oracle License management technical tools
Be recognized as senior technical LMS analyst
Comprehensive & accurate research of customer contracts, Installed Base, and OKS (Reports & Original Paperwork)
Research/develop and maintain technical LMS tools to measure customer¿s Oracle usage
Provide front line support to the LMS team members
Answer technical questions to organizations outside of LMS and to Oracle customers/partners, if needed
Maintain technical documentation for LMS tools and creation of training manuals.
Have a good understanding of Oracle technology


CERINTE

Advanced experience with the Unix/Linux and Windows operating system.
Advanced experience with SQL and PL/SQL
Unix Shell scripting and MS-DOS batch programming
Familiar with Java programming is desirable
Familiar with Oracle Applications and internal systems
Good understanding of computer networks
Strong documentation & communication skills
Be able to work both independently and in team environment
Resolve complex problems
Strong attention to detail
Solid analytical and decision making skills
A degree in computer science or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the computer industry
OCP certification is desirable
