- Improve the existing solutions and identify new ones;
- Develop new mathematical algorithms and business solutions with customers;
- Provide business insights and advise resulting from modeling, scenario analysis and optimization;
- Support business development, sales and marketing teams, explain the technology behind solutions;
- Provide hands-on design and development support for various prototype projects as well as standard service offerings
- Support project manager during project in progress.
- 3+ years of systems integration, consulting, and/or software development experience
- Relevant industry experience is a plus: Retal, CP, Finance, Oil & Gas, Public Sector
- Ability to participate on planning and selling opportunities
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to non-scientific audience
- Experienced in developing software to solve a business problem using at least two of the following (C++, Java, Matlab, SQL)
- Experience with SQL and common relational database platforms in large environments (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MaxDB, etc.
- Ability to research, prototype, design, code, test, and document new features and enhancements for software applications using both standard Web development technologies (Java, JavaScript, JSP, J2EE, HTML, etc.), rich application interfaces such as Adobe Flash/Flex.
