- Managing the development of software modules for Broadband Wireless base station. Modules include IP networking protocols, IP data processing and network management protocols.
- Managing a group of 15-25 SW developers with option for future growth
- The SW group is in charge of developing software modules for the next generation WiMAX base station and is involved in developing a cutting-edge mobile wireless networks technology.
- Complete responsibility for design, implementation and quality assurance of SW modules developed by the group.
- BS. In Computer Science or Electronic Engineering with min. 8 years of experience
- Proven managerial experience in developing real time embedded SW solutions
- Strong methodological background in Real-Time SW development
- Experience in IP Networking and data communication protocols – TCP/IP and Layer 2
- Strong system view
- Experience in developing SW for network processors – an advantage
- Experience with Power-PC processors – an advantage
- Linux OS Experience – an advantage
- VxWorks OS Experience – an advantage
- WiMAX knowledge – an advantage
- Fluent English
