Reports to: Chief Accountant
Responsible for the accounting of the raw materials and finished goods of the company.
- RAW MATERIALS/ FUNISHED PRODUCTS AND IMPORTED PRODUCTS
- Participates in stock taking in company’s warehouses
- Monitors the re-conciliation between the physical and virtual stocks (in SAP) and investigates the differences;
- Checks the accuracy of the recordings of the inventory movements in SAP;
- Records the consumption of raw materials;
- Issues periodical reports on the consumption and inventory for raw materials/ finished products and other merchandise (imported products).
-FINISHED PRODUCTS’ EFFECTIVE COST RECORDING
- Keeps the record for quantity and value for the stock movements in the warehouse
- Assesses the value of inventory in the warehouse and platforms as standard and effective value
- Updates the records for the sold products at effective cost
- Updates the records for the inventory losses at effective cost
Education: University degree – Economics
Experience: 2 years experience in accounting;
Competencies:
- Good analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
PC skills: Good computer skills (Excel, accounting software, SAP is a plus)
Languages: English – medium level
