Be part of an international team developing the IxChariot product - one of the industry\'s leading test tools for emulating real-world applications in order to predict device and system performance under realistic load conditions by emulating hundreds of protocols across thousands of network endpoints.
This position requires an immediate and significant technical contribution to the development of complex object-oriented software product. It will involve interacting with project managers, leads and other developers in order to understand, scope and specify the features, planning the schedule, designing and implementing the solutions, performing development testing, optimizing and performing bug-fixing in order to deliver high quality releases on time.
We are looking for a senior software engineer with excellent programming knowledge and experience in developing commercial software. The ideal candidates have a strong foundation in networking, including TCP/IP, sockets programming and L4-7 protocols knowledge.
This position requires enthusiasm and willingness to work in the network testing development field, good problem solving skills, dedication and self motivation, good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· 4+ years of experience in developing commercial software
· Excellent knowledge of C/C++ programming
· Good algorithms/data structures knowledge and OOP/OOD skills
· Programming knowledge or experience on Windows (multi-threading and networking programming)
· Experience with software development through complete release cycles;
· Good communication skills in English (spoken and written), proactive attitude and team player
· Proven to be performance driven and fast learner
· University degree in Computer Science or equivalent required;
Will be considered advantages:
· Experience in GUI development (C++ and/or .NET C#)
· Knowledge of Unix/Linux programming
· Background in developing multi-platform applications.
· Highly organized and detail oriented
