As a team leader of our development team your main responsibilities will be:
- to assign tasks for the project, follow up the task completion and report the status of the project;
- to take active decisions regarding the project, being involved in the planning process;
- to design and develop web and desktop applications/ modules according to business scenarios and requirements;
- to technically supervise and coach the junior programmers.
- Working experience on .Net technology - .net 2.0 – 3.5 (C# preferred), MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 (min. 2 years) - proven experience in .net 2.0 web and windows applications running on Application Service Providers (min.2 years);
- Understanding the customer requirements;
- Ability to estimate a realistic time frame for a specific task or project;
-Excellent leadership skills.
Would be a plus:
-Experience in .net 2.0 – 3.5. desktop applications;
-Cristal Reports.
