Responsible for developing a Building Surveying capability in our existing Bucharest office in conjunction with the existing Project Management and Building Surveying teams already based in Warsaw and Prague.
For our client, an important real estate company, who offers a wide range of professional real estate services, such as:
- consultancy, asset management,
- investment, agency sales & lettings,
- acquisitions, development, and building surveying covering all sectors of commercial property including offices, retail, industrial and distribution, leisure and land,
we are looking for a SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR with minimum 3 to 5 years post qualified experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the construction.
