RESPONSABILITATI

CRM Back Office will be responsible for Operation and Maintenance,2nd level Support:
¿¿¿ Fault Management (second level restoration), Problem Management & configuration management, including on call service outside office hours
¿¿¿ Application support for Infrastructure group activities (OS patching)
¿¿¿ Rollout acceptance for Minor, Major Releases and Canvass
¿¿¿ Defect Management in Production
¿¿¿ Application Reporting


CERINTE

-Technical degree (preferred)
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Fluency in English language
-PeopleSoft strong knowledge: For this particular position, it¿¿¿s mandatory to have an excellent knowledge in PeopleSoft
Moreover, he has extensive knowledge in
-GSM & UMTS TELCO Architecture
-Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
-Solid production environment experience
-Trouble Ticket Management System (Remedy) Basic Knowledge
-HP Open View Monitoring System Basic Knowledge
