RESPONSABILITATI

CRM Back Office will be responsible for Operation and Maintenance,2nd level Support:
– Fault Management (second level restoration), Problem Management & configuration management, including on call service outside office hours
– Application support for Infrastructure group activities (OS patching)
– Rollout acceptance for Minor, Major Releases and Canvass
– Defect Management in Production
– Application Reporting


CERINTE

-Technical degree (preferred)
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Fluency in English language
-PeopleSoft strong knowledge: For this particular position, it’s mandatory to have an excellent knowledge in PeopleSoft

-GSM & UMTS TELCO Architecture
-Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
