RESPONSABILITATI

The Romanian Expertise center will be responsible for the on-time and on-spec delivery of standard service components to Oracle customers who has selected the services of Advanced Customer Support, which is delivered across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

After the initial introduction and training period in one of our 5 international area offices, you will work in our team of specialists located in Bucharest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To manage and resolve Service requests logged by customers on Oracle products which is packaged in ACS service components
-Deliver high quality service accordingly to the specifications and on time.
-Respond and resolve service requests within Key Performance Indicator targets
-Maintain product expertise within own area of specialisation
-Maintain an up to date and in-depth knowledge of new products released in the market.
- Work towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (diagnose, data capture, health checks, scripting tools ect.)
-Operating within Oracle business processes and procedures
-Contribute to the continuous development of the team
- Interact with customers via telephone and other electronic means


CERINTE

-More then 2 years experience in using and administrating Oracle Database
-Good knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows or other relevant OS-system
-Fluent in written and verbal English and minimum one other language
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work across cultures in an international context
-Preference for working in an international cooperative team environment
-Preference to work in teams
