Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot all Hardware failures
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues
- Memorydump analysis
- Preparing RCA
- Filesystem issues (Creating/Modifying the Drives)
- Customer Communications
- Vendor Coordination
-High-level computer skills
-Strong technical knowledge on troubleshooting windows OS.
-Knowledge Windows clustering & Veritas volume manager.
-Knowledge on server hardware IBM , DELL, HP .
-Fair understanding about DNS, Wins, server installation & administration
-Good communication skills, exposure to corporate environment.
