For one of our clients, a leading provider of financial services in Eastern Europe, who focuses on Retail banking, Consumer finance, Leasing and Mortgage, we are looking for outstanding Senior Sales Representatives in Bucharest, Cluj and Constanta.
Responsibilities:
Promoting the company's products and services to existing and prospective SME clients by utilizing available resources;
Being familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field;
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all the clients through excellent customer service;
Addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are consistently met;
Monitoring banking industry trends, competitive products, and pricing, that may affect the company’s products and services, in order to update and adjust direct sales solutions for clients;
Interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the company's products and services;
Being able to work under general supervision - typically reports to a supervisor.
High school or Bachelor’s degree – preferable in the Economy area;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Upper-intermediate English knowledge;
B category driving license;
Capability to perform a variety of tasks;
Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong negotiating skills, capable of building strong business relationships;
Self-driven, results-oriented and a clear focus on target achievement.
