RESPONSABILITATI

The candidate should be able to quickly become familiar with company's capabilities, offerings, internal organization, key people and processes and start promotional activities at target clients to position the company, identify areas of need that can be satisfied through the company's offerings and participate to the selling process.


CERINTE

- University degree/MBA;
- 10-15 years of experience in the ICT/Consulting business matured in leading Romanian or international companies with a presence in Romania;
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Proven capacity to develop long term relationships with clients based on trust and ability to deliver upon commitments
- Clear track record in selling sizeable (e.g. larger than 1 MEUR) consulting projects and/or outsourcing deals in the following industries (in order of importance):
-Resources (Utilities, Oil and Natural Resources)
-Products (Travel and Transportation,Consumer Goods, Pharma, Automotive, Retail),
-CH&T (telecommunication, Media and Entertainment, High Technology companies)
-Financial Services (Banking, Insurance)
- Effective negotiation skills
- Self initiative with motivation and ownership mentality to build for the future.
- Should have enough experience to sound credible at top management level in various business areas
- Should be an effective communicator and presenter.
- Network of relationships at Board, Board -1, Board -2 level in large organizations in the above industries
- Reputation as an effective business operator and delivery of results
