RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic direction of sales programs across all conferences and events, including assessment of new business opportunities that will maximize the revenues.
2. Act as a strategic lead and role model in ongoing interaction with top clients and potential partners using a variety of social networking, sales and marketing tools.
3. Drive and execute outreach with key influencers, major stakeholders, governmental institutions, local authorities and groups to gain their attendance in events.
4. Identify target markets and prospective clients to develop custom proposals.
5. Create and implement partnership development strategies and make use of smart selling strategies.
6. Ensuring the financial sustainability of the company through national and international level project development, fundraising and sponsorship.
7. Providing strategic vision and planning for the development of the activities of the company.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Management or related area of study, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years experience in senior level services sales role is a must ( previous experience in media, advertising, marketing would be a strong asset)
- 1+ years experience in events, conferences and/ or tradeshows would be an asset
- Expert sales and sales management experience with deep knowledge of contacts in various business, commercial and/or institutional areas
- A track record of delivering and/ or exceeding business goals in an unpredictable climate.

Skills and abilities:
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively with competing demands for resources and time.
- Proactive approach to identifying and persuading industry leaders and stakeholders.
- Superior oral and communication abilities: demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of topics and issues
- Excellent negotiation and representation skills with a wide spectrum of key stakeholders
- Multilingualism: English is a must, a second and/or a third foreign language would be an asset.
- Expert knowledge of best practices for effective outreach, client communications and deal closure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and/ or recruit a sales team and train as needed.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details.
- Advanced skills in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mail application, internet surfing.
