- Our client is looking for young, highly motivated and highly skilled engineers to come and join their team and be an integral part of driving their business in Romania.
- The position is Bucharest based. He will be reporting to the Country Manager for Highways. - The successful candidate will become involved both in the existing workload and in future highways projects.
- He will be building his team in Bucharest and be responsible with the developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- He/She shall be a Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Roads.
- has very good Design skills (AutoCAD). MX Road would be considered a plus
- Good Command of the English language
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
General Professional Experience:
- At least 3-5 years experience in the roads sector, either in design services (feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design)
- Experience in construction works or the supervision of construction works.
Specific Professional Experience:
- He/ She shall have experience in managing/ coordinating road design services assignments
- He/ She shall have completed two detailed projects for road works, out of which one of at least 25 km in length.

- Assertive, dynamic, knowledgeable
- Available for travelling abroad
