- Provide basic corn field and laboratory research trials
- Organize, coordinate and execute all field, laboratory and seed operations for corn trials
- Supervise data collection operation and responsible for data quality
- Primary support the data analysis and prepare all required reports and analysis for Advancement and Characterization process, Post Harvest meetings and other purposes
- Provide primary training for part-time workers for field and laboratory operations;
- Responsible for field and germplasm security
- Ph.D. or M.S. degree in agronomy, seed science or technology, crop or plant science or a related agricultural or biological discipline plus related experience,
- Expertise with computers and statistical analysis is essential. Experience with and proven ability to use multiple computer software applications and manage large databases.
- Knowledge of seed production operations and ability to quickly learn unique inbred characteristics and behaviour in response to environmental factors and seed field management practices of a large number of inbreds.
- High level of English knowledge
