RESPONSABILITATI

-Travel to new branches to ensure an efficient screening of the local market potential together with the relationship manager;
-Offer assistance to new relationship managers/junior relationship managers vis-à-vis ING commercial strategy towards the Mid Corps segment;
-Visit clients with new credit facilities for better assessing the management risk/business;
-Permanent monitoring of branches’ activity;
-Supervise and co-ordinate the Mid Corps client relationships in line with MCC Policy;
-Checks the commercial information presented by the initiating office and provide feed back to the initiating office and GLP;
-Discuss the non-compliance events with General Lending Products and Relationship Managers and jointly propose a course of action;
-Centralise the feed-back for the weekly reports produced by Risk Management/GLP/Mid Office for Mid Corps clients and send it to the Manager/Director of Mid Corporate Clients.


CERINTE

-Academic background – preferably in Economics;
-Min 2 years experience in the banking sector or financial environment;
-Good knowledge & understanding of financial analysis;
-Commercial experience, experience on credit analysis and structuring;
-Knowledge of internal rules & regulations, ING products, services, relations etc;
-Strong communication skills (both oral and written communication in Romanian and English);
-Well organised, self-disciplined, customer focused, problem solving skills;
-Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, planning and organising abilities.
