RESPONSABILITATI

As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process, focusing mainly on senior/specialist/mid-management positions:
- Keep close contact with line management in order to ensure a proactive & correct identification of the recruitment needs;
- Advise upon the most appropriate recruitment sources to be used;
- Design and post internal / external advertisement;
- Run first interview & firs selection;
- Advise management during the selection process;
- Extend the employment offer to the candidates;
- Administer candidates data (response letter, candidates database, etc).


CERINTE

- University graduate, preferably in Social Sciences;
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Solid knowledge on recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
- Prior experience within banking sector is a major asset.

PROFILE:
We are looking for a mature, consistent and self-disciplined person with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. As a recruiter you are expected to be a good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behaviour. The communication abilities and interpersonal skills are a must.
