Zeebra is now looking to start operating in Bucharest, Romania. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to head up the start of the Bucharest business. Initially this will involve working independently from a home office most likely. Your first responsibilities will be a combination of the following:
- Assist in setting up the legal entity of the company.
- Research into marketing opportunities
- Selling to potential clients (companies who are looking for IT staff).
- Sourcing candidates (IT Specialists). Achieved through advertising and head hunting.
- Working closely with Czech Office, primarily in sourcing candidates for Prague based opportunities.
You will ideally have a background in recruitment but this is not essential. Most important is self motivation and business minded focus. Ideally you will have a good understanding of IT terminology (IT related education or experience is a big plus).
This is a career progression opportunity. Initially you will be focused on sales and marketing independently. The aim though will be to create a successful business model which leads to increased demand and the need for more staff at which point you would move from the position of Sales and Marketing consultant to one of Country Manager.
You will get full support and training from Managers in Czech Republic. Initially you will be required to come to Prague for one months training. You will then be given continual support and guidance as you set up the Bucharest operation.
What are we looking for:
- You will have 2+ years commercial experience in sales (preferably in recruitment).
- You will be comfortable on the phone, with personal meetings and presentations, and be able to interview potential candidates in a confident manner.
- You will have a high level of self-motivation and self drive. This usually requires a strong desire to be successful and in many cases a desire/need to earn a higher-end salary.
- You will enjoy and be able to work in a very friendly, energetic and cooperative (zero politics) environment.
- You will ‘ENJOY’ personal communications and sales situations, and be able to remain relaxed in in any problem/objection situation.
- You will have a sense of humour and be able to add to the fun/positive atmosphere in the office.
- You will speak very good English (Romanian language is a big advantage).
