The Senior Recruitment Consultant¿s role will be of significantly increase the ability to recruit and will improve all recruitment KPI\'s.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Utilising proactive Executive Search methods to source skills/candidates across ECE& CIS
* Establishing and maintaining network of contacts throughout ECE& CIS
* Helping to build In-House search capability
* Manage recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance both day to day and strategic perspectives
* Partnering with the business to co-ordinate recruitment and selection of employees to meet agreed needs
* Researching and utilising the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees
* Provide quality screening and selection service to hiring managers
* Scheduling and conducting competency based interviewing for senior IC roles and magority of M roles in the region
* Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
* Search the Oracle Database and web board databases for relevant candidates
* Co-coordinating all recruitment sourcing including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals and personal networking
* Develop specific lead-generation channel
* Drive use of e-recruitment methods to achieve best practice
* Educate managers to implement best recruitment practice using competency based interviewing
* Is required to travel withn the ECE& CIS


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 7 years recruitment experience preferably at least 3 of which in an Executive Search Capacity
* Fluency in English a must
* Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices
* Knowledge of psychometric testing - preferable
* University degree in psychology or social sciences
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
* Proven ability to build relationships across international/organisational boundaries
