You are a Production Specialist and you would like to become a recruiter! You are a recruiter specialist in Production positions! How would you like to have your own team, favourite clients and to become a professionist within Lugera&Makler?
You will have as responsibilities:
- recruiting and selecting the best candidates for our clients;
- coordinating, training and coaching a team;
- identifying potential clients;
- maintaining the relationship with the clients;
- offering consultancy for your team and your clients also.
You should:
- have a background within Production or HR areas;
- speak fluently English;
- be a team player;
- have strong communication abilities;
- be willing to join our team.
